My mission to help you is personal!
After dieting and losing weight and gaining it back for decades I finally decided to STOP DIETING. I dug deeper to discover the reasons I overate and started to practice mindfulness. It changed my entire life! My mindset shifted slowly over time, followed by slow changes in my body. There is no "before and after" in my mind in the typical way people ask. I was my thinnest when training for half-marathons or triathlons, participating in a level of activity which had not reasonable for me to sustain post-concussion (more about that journey to come!). However, the "after" is my mindset, which you cannot tell by looking at me. The way I think and respond to life's challenges continues to improve as I practice. You can find more freedom and ease in your life than you can imagine! I would be honored to be part of your journey as you learn how to challenge your thinking and embrace your beautiful mess!
